With over 20 years of teaching experience, I’ve dedicated my life to helping others move, grow and thrive through fitness. As a certified personal trainer running my own home gym, I bring energy, expertise and a personal touch to every class and client I work with.
I teach a wide range of Les Mills programs-including Combat, Body Balance, Shapes, Grit, Spin and Aqua-along with Kettlebells, Freestyle and Yoga (200-hour certified). My approach blends strength, endurance and mindfulness to create balance both inside and out.
A passionate competitor, I’ve taken on challenges like Hyrox, half marathons, Tough Mudder, and Spartan races. Fitness isn’t just my career-it’s my lifestyle and lifelong passion.
When I’m not coaching or training, you’ll find me exploring new places, embracing new experiences, and expressing my love of fashion and travel.
